Stage Five: Original editorial or commentary #1

Recently, due to global warming, The U.S government is attempting to protect environmental with legislating enviro politics. However, those hard-line policies are making another argument.

I really want to share this article which is Austin Tree Ordinance violates private property Rights. As you see the title, if you are not a foreigner, you should recognize what is it about.

While reading this article, I could definitely what the problem is and I realize that the issue is very complicated and deep. Honestly, there is nothing that is more significant than Human Right, but it is not that we can abuse the nature. Also, the government should not forcefully take away the property from the citizen without their agreement even though with any compensation. On Article I, section 17 of the Texas Constitution, which provides that "no person's property shall be taken, damaged or destroyed for or applied to public use without adequate compensation being made." I believe that there is not a definite solution, but what we have got to do is meditate each other with harmoniously and concessively.

Honestly, this issue is very hilarious to me. I am not want to people understand me, but let me just say this. Even though we own money, land, and building... etc. It is not ours, its earth. Most of the materials for our creation are from earth, what we all have is loaned by the earth. We should realize where we living.
